Reservations and General Information

Please see our rates and accommodations pages for information on our rooms and cabin.
During the summer months we book up more quickly, so please call as soon as possible if you need specific dates.

Occupancy and Stay
Suites - accommodate up to four people with minimal luggage.
Cabin - accommodates up to six people.
Undisclosed pets or people will incur a $50 fee each.

Event Reservations (3 or more rooms booked as a block)
50% non-refundable deposit will be charged when reservation is made.
We require at least one month notice for cancellations.
Each room day cancelled with less than one month notice will incur a $20 administrative fee.
We will attempt to rent the room, but if the room is not rented, the balance of the room rate will apply.

Cancellations and Early Departure:
(July-September, special events, and Holidays)
We require at least two weeks notice for cancellations.
Each day cancelled with less than two weeks notice will incur a $20 administrative fee.
We will attempt to rent the room, but if the room is not rented, the full room rate will apply.
There will be no refund for early departure.

Late Checkout
Check out is at or before noon on the day of your departure.
If you need to check out late, please let us know.
Due to our cleaning schedule, late checkouts (after noon) are subject to a fee, up to the applicable room rate for an entire day,
at the discretion of Jo's Motel and Campground.

Payment
We accept VISA, MC, Discover, and cash.

Cleaning Policy
Damaged or unreasonably dirty rooms will be charged appropriately at the discretion of Jo's Motel and Campground.

Tobacco and camping stove use are not allowed in rooms.

Jo's Motel and Campground near Crater Lake National Park - We invite you to be comfortable, whether you're camping, lodging or just passing through. We carry a large selection of wine and beer to suit your tastes, as well as Organic groceries for snacking, picnics or full home-cooked meals. Guests enjoy full kitchens in our two-bedroom suites and our park model cabin.

Local attractions include Crater Lake National Park, Bird Watching, Horseback Riding, Snow Shoeing, Bicycling, Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, Local Horse Events (Ropings, Rodear, Cuttings), The Wood River, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, Fort Klamath Museum, an Organic Store and Much More.
